Data and purposes
When requesting a demonstration or a resource, you provide your name, email address and, depending on the request, laboratory, equipment, plan and an optional phone number. We use this data to fulfil your request and carry out preliminary steps for a potential contract at your request, under Article 7(V) of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Receiving marketing content is a separate, optional choice. When authorised, these communications are based on consent, which you can withdraw through the contact channel. Do not submit identifiable patient results or other health data through the forms.
Request source and analytics
We store campaign parameters, the landing page and the referral source for the session to understand the context of your request. If you consent to analytics or advertising, information about your first and most recent visits may remain in this browser for up to 90 days. Withdrawing consent removes this stored history. This information accompanies the submitted form. Analytics and advertising depend on your cookie preferences. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and text entered in forms are not sent with website analytics events.
Cookies and your choices
Essential features support security, abuse prevention and form functionality. Google Tag Manager manages optional tags, which load after you make your choice. Analytics and advertising are disabled by default. You can accept, refuse or change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Your preference remains valid in this browser for up to 180 days.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting and Turnstile verification, and Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to record requests for sales assistance and resources. Google Tag Manager, provided by Google, is used when authorised. Opening WhatsApp takes you to a service provided by Meta and subject to its own privacy policy. These providers may process data in other countries; their use must comply with the applicable safeguards and rules on data transfers.
Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, subject to legal obligations and the lawful exercise of rights. Technical records that have already been delivered are removed from the recovery queue after 90 days. Undelivered requests remain until the failure is resolved or a valid deletion request is fulfilled, so that the contact request is not lost. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser; the website does not store form field data in persistent browser storage.
The website uses HTTPS connections, server-side validation and access controls for handling requests. Data processing in the contracted system is also governed by the contract terms, which do not replace this website privacy policy.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about data sharing, deletion or anonymisation where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. To protect your data, we may request identity verification proportionate to your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
